After considering all the relevant factors in the fixation of legal fees (Matter of Freeman, 34 N.Y.2.1, Matter of Potts, 213 App. Div. 59, aff’d 241 N.Y. 593), and upon the review by this Court of the itemized affirmation of services submitted by the Guardian ad Litem, the fair and reasonable value of the compensation of Nicholas T. Montalto, Esq., as Guardian ad Litem for Edward Weinstein, an incapacitated distributee and is fixed and allowed in the amount of $10,000.00. Legal services rendered in this contested disqualification proceeding involving numerous Court proceedings, discovery motions, settlement negotiations, drafting of Stipulation of Settlement involving over 61 hours of legal services.
