A divorced husband who had set up his then-wife’s email account and never told her he received copies of all of her emails will have to defend charges he violated a federal statute.

Copies of Annabelle Zaratzian’s emails continued to flow to Adel Abadir’s computer for years after they separated. It was only after Abadir’s attorney was fed a copy of her tax return and used it in a Family Court proceeding that Zaratzian discovered the security breach.
