Applications for the upcoming vacancy on the state Court of Appeals occurring with the expiration of Judge Victoria Graffeo’s term must be received by the Commission on Judicial Nomination by June 15.
The commission will review submissions, interview top candidates and turn in a list of up to seven candidates to Gov. Andrew Cuomo for his selection of a nominee to the state Senate.
