ESTATE OF LUCILLE HALTAUFDEREIDE, Deceased (13/2016) — In this proceeding by a granddaughter of the decedent seeking letters of administration and letters of temporary administration, it appears that jurisdiction is incomplete over a second granddaughter, the petitioner's sister, and objections were filed on behalf of the decedent's remaining granddaughter by the Mental Hygiene Law article 81 guardian of her person and property. It also appears that the letters of temporary limited administration that issued to the petitioner by decree dated September 10, 2013 are now expired.

ESTATE OF LUCILLE HALTAUFDEREIDE, Deceased (13/2016) — In this proceeding by a granddaughter of the decedent seeking letters of administration and letters of temporary administration, it appears that jurisdiction is incomplete over a second granddaughter, the petitioner’s sister, and objections were filed on behalf of the decedent’s remaining granddaughter by the Mental Hygiene Law article 81 guardian of her person and property. It also appears that the letters of temporary limited administration that issued to the petitioner by decree dated September 10, 2013 are now expired.

The petitioner and the objectant shall appear at 9:30 a.m. on June 24, 2014 in courtroom 406 for a conference on the matter. In the interim, the petitioner shall expeditiously obtain a supplemental citation, returnable on the same date as the conference, and serve it on the remaining granddaughter.
