ESTATE OF BETTY REID, Deceased (1099/13) — On the original return date of this application by an alleged creditor for the issuance of limited letters of administration to an eligible distributee or to the Public Administrator, one of the decedent's sons appeared and the matter was adjourned to afford the son time to cross petition for letters of administration. On the second adjourned date, the son appeared and stated he had not yet filed his cross petition and the matter was marked "submitted." Counsel to the Public Administrator also appeared on the adjourned dated and stated that the Public Administrator consented to receive limited letters of administration. Accordingly, the application is granted and limited letters of administration shall issue to the Public Administrator in accordance with the relief requested in the petition.
