ESTATE OF LORENZE A. LOWNEY Deceased (181/86/A) — This is a proceeding for the judicial settlement of the account of Frances R. Lowney, as the Executrix of the Estate of Lorenze A. Lowney. Jurisdiction over all necessary parties has been obtained.

Cynthia Lowney, a legatee, appeared in this matter and sought the production of various items pursuant to a Notice for Discovery and Inspection. By decision and order dated May 13, 2013, the court ruled on Ms. Lowney’s motion to compel the production of the documents demanded, granting it in part and denying it in part. This matter then appeared on the Court’s calendars of May 29, 2013 and June 5, 2013, wherein Ms. Lowney expressed her dissatisfaction with the Court’s ruling. Ms. Lowney was informed that she may file an appeal of the decision, make a motion for reconsideration or reargument, pursue additional discovery, or file objections to the accounting.
