ESTATE OF VILMA WOZNICKI, Deceased (359/B/12 and /C) — On the adjourned date of a contested SCPA 2103 proceeding commenced by a son of the decedent, Richard (File No.: 2012-259/B), and the return date of a lost will proceeding commenced by the decedent's other son, Kenneth (File No.: 2012-259/C), the parties entered into a stipulation which was "so ordered" by the court wherein they agreed, inter alia: 1) outstanding disclosure is to be furnished prior to October 31, 2013; 2) the deposition of respondent Joan DiNapolie is to occur on November 15, 2013 at 10 a.m. in Room 328 of the court; and 3) Richard will serve objections or seek other appropriate relief with respect to the supplemental citation in the lost will proceeding on or before the return date of that proceeding, November 26, 2013.
