In a legal malpractice case, a construction company has won judgment against attorney Edward Fogarty Jr. and his former law firm, White & McSpedon, for $194,340, plus interest from 2003.
The total award amounts to about $365,000, said Robert Seigal, the construction company's malpractice attorney.
