Julie Copeland has joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as general counsel for global financial crimes compliance, providing strategic and transactional legal support to the compliance unit for anti-money laundering, sanctions and anti-corruption efforts. Copeland, a former federal prosecutor, was previously head of anti-money laundering and sanctions for the Americas at Société Générale.

Samuel Bonderoff has joined Zamansky as a partner representing plaintiffs in securities class actions. He was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
