• Olshan Frome Wolosky has added Mark Limardo as a partner in the tax and personal planning group. He was a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman.

• Andrew Garbarino has rejoined Ruskin Moscou Faltischek as of counsel in the health law regulatory and white-collar crime and investigations groups. He was with Ruskin’s health law department from 2002-05. Before his return, Garbarino was in solo practice handling criminal defense and litigation cases.

• Greenberg Traurig has added shareholder David Oppenheim to its New Jersey and New York offices. Oppenheim, who focuses on franchising, transactional and regulatory matters, was a partner at Kaufmann Gildin Robbins & Oppenheim.

• Mediation and arbitration services JAMS and JAMS International have added Peter Rogan to the New York and London resolution centers. He will serve as a mediator and arbitrator in insurance and reinsurance, professional negligence and partnership disputes. Rogan was senior partner at Ince & Co.

• The Supreme Court Justices Association of the City of New York have elected the following officers for the 2013-14 term: Barbara Kapnick, president; Thomas Aliotta, first vice president; John Barone, second vice president; Sheri Roman, third vice president; Lawrence Knipel, fourth vice president; Judith McMahon, fifth vice president; Paul Feinman, treasurer; Wilma Guzman, corresponding secretary; Arthur Schack, recording secretary; and Janice Taylor, membership secretary.
