ESTATE OF RAQUEL SANTIAGO, Deceased (3673/A/10) — The administrator’s petition for leave to compromise a cause of action for decedent’s conscious pain and suffering is granted. The restrictions on the letters of administration issued by this court are removed. The administrator is authorized to collect the compromise proceeds and to execute such receipts and releases as may be required.

The fees and disbursements of petitioner’s attorney and the commissions of the administrator have been fixed. The administrator is authorized to pay himself the sum of $12,119 as reimbursement for funeral expenses. The administrator is further authorized to pay Medicare the sum of $48,845.32 and the New York City Department of Social Services, Human Resources Administration, the sum of $10,000 in full satisfaction of their claims.
