A new restaurant, Rotisserie Georgette, will be opening its doors on Manhattan’s East side. The restaurant at 14 E. 60 St. is a joint venture of Georgette Farkas and other financial partners. Farkas was a long-time marketing and public relations director for chef Daniel Boulud, and originally was a cook in one of his restaurants.

“The address is a perfect crossroads of prestige in retail, business and residential,” Farkas, founder and CEO, said in an interview. The “convergence of the trio” makes it an ideal location for a restaurant, she said.
