ESTATE OF CAROLE WHITE, Deceased (268/A/08) — In this compromise proceeding, an interim decree granting the compromise and directing the fiduciary to retain the net proceeds pending final resolution and payment of a medicare lien was signed by this Court on August 6, 2012. The decree further directed that upon the resolution of the lien, the fiduciary was to file an affidavit regarding the resolution and payment of said lien and the proposed distribution of the remaining net proceeds.

ESTATE OF CAROLE WHITE, Deceased (268/A/08) — In this compromise proceeding, an interim decree granting the compromise and directing the fiduciary to retain the net proceeds pending final resolution and payment of a medicare lien was signed by this Court on August 6, 2012. The decree further directed that upon the resolution of the lien, the fiduciary was to file an affidavit regarding the resolution and payment of said lien and the proposed distribution of the remaining net proceeds.

Pursuant to the above directives, the fiduciary has filed an affidavit and supporting documents. Accordingly, the fiduciary requests distribution of the net proceeds as indicated in the petition as follows: $1,934.73 to Kuharski, Levitz & Giovinazzo, P.C. for additional disbursements; $276,536.46 plus half of any earned interest, to Camille White; and $276,536.47 to Kareem White, plus half of any earned interest.
