Troutman Sanders has added Jeffrey Rosenstein as a partner and Kenneth O’Reilly as of counsel in its construction practice group. Rosenstein, formerly a partner at Winston & Strawn, advises on construction projects, including contract negotiation and drafting, counseling during construction, and the resolution of project disputes. O’Reilly, who also comes from Winston & Strawn, focuses on construction, infrastructure, and engineering matters.
Katten Muchin Rosenman has added David Dickstein as a partner in the financial services practice providing counsel to hedge funds, investment companies, investment advisors and broker-dealers on regulatory, compliance and operational issues. He was a partner at K&L Gates.
