Responding to a demand for office alternatives in Manhattan, Regus will open its newest business center in early July at 57 W. 57th St., also known as 1400 Sixth Ave.

The international office solutions provider has a 15-year lease for 27,000 square feet, the third and fourth floors, of the 20-story, 170,000-square-foot office building. The building is owned by Avamer 57 Fee LLC, which includes general partners of Colliers International.
