Four Pryor Cashman attorneys have left the firm for the New York office of Perkins Coie, where they will join the financial transactions and restructuring practice. The departing Pryor Cashman attorneys are partner Ronald Sarubbi, who will lead the corporate trust practice; partner Tina Moss; of counsel Michael Fruchter and associate Sean Connery. Schuyler Carroll, Perkins Coie’s managing partner of the New York office, said the new team will represent corporate trust institutions in public debt issuances. Among the firm’s clients are Bank of New York Mellon, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and HSBC Bank USA.

Perkins Coie, an 870-attorney firm founded in Seattle, opened its New York branch in March 2011. With the new additions the firm will have 15 attorneys in New York. Mr. Carroll said the firm, located at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, intends to add more attorneys in New York and is looking for larger office space.
