Greg D. Andres, the deputy assistant attorney general in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Justice Department, has rejoined Davis Polk & Wardwell as a counsel in the litigation department’s white-collar criminal defense group. Before going into public service in 1999, he was an associate with the firm.
