A wife who learned with “horror and dismay” that her husband of 10 years had sexually molested her 8-year-old granddaughter from another marriage can explore his conduct as a potential factor in the division of their property, a Nassau County judge has ruled.

Supreme Court Justice Daniel Palmieri (See Profile) refused to grant a protective order barring the wife’s attorney from pursuing such an inquiry in pretrial discovery in Eileen G. v. Frank G., 20339/09.
