New York Cares has signed an 11-year lease for 18,000 square feet, the entire 19th floor, at 65 Broadway, between Exchange Alley and Rector Street, in the Financial District. The landlord is A.M. Property Holding II Corp.

The nonprofit group will be leaving Chelsea, where it has been a tenant at 214 W. 29th St. since 2003. The downtown location will increase its office space by about 60 percent.
