A resident of an Upper East Side cooperative may proceed with her suit against the co-op on price fixing grounds for preventing her from selling her shares, a state judge has ruled.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Emily Jane Goodman (See Profile) ruled in Chappell v. Trump Plaza Owners Inc., 102282/11, that the resident, Mitra Chappell, had successfully alleged that the co-op board unreasonably blocked the sale of her shares.
