Specialty retailer Brookstone Stores Inc. has signed a 15-year lease with Moraveda Realty Corp. to open a new store in Herald Square, at 142 W. 34th St., between Sixth and Seventh avenues. The store is scheduled to open in time for the upcoming holiday season.
Brookstone has taken the entire 7,764-square-foot, low-rise commercial building, including about 2,500 square feet of retail space, which was formerly occupied by Zales Jewelers.
