Nassau County Supreme Court Justice Robert A. Ross died suddenly on Sunday of an aortic aneurysm. He was 52.
Justice Ross was elected to Supreme Court in 2001 and was appointed supervising judge of the county’s Matrimonial and Integrated Domestic Violence parts in January 2004 by then-Chief Administrative Judge Jonathan Lippman.
