Business and financial news organization Bloomberg LP, which has added nearly 2,000 employees since 2008, has signed a 10-year lease for 400,000 square feet at 120 Park Ave., at 42nd Street, across from Grand Central Terminal.
In addition to the new Park Avenue space, Bloomberg leases about 900,000 square feet at 731 Lexington Ave.
