The Senior Lawyers section has just completed its second year of existence. Yet with almost 2,000 members, it is one of the NYSBA’s larger sections. It recognizes the vitality and contributions of our senior members, the unique issues they confront, and the opportunities to continue their legal careers or to transition to other pursuits or to retirement.
Senior lawyers have valuable experience, many talents and diverse interests. The section seeks to act as a voice of seniors in the association, in the profession and in the community.
