After the initial shock of a bankruptcy filing, it is time for the debtor and its creditors to begin to negotiate. Think of the bankruptcy negotiation table like a big table at your in-laws for Thanksgiving dinner. You will find many friends and family, including some that you have not seen in years and a few you may not have expected, so many that at this table there isn’t enough food to go around.
