An article yesterday, “Rule Against Perpetuities Survives in the EPTL,” incorrectly reported the year in which a decision was issued in Symphony Space Inc. v. Pergola Properties Inc., 88 N.Y.2d 466, 646 N.Y.S.2d 641. It was 1996.
