Holding its own during the recession, the law firm of Klestadt & Winters has signed a 10-year lease for the entire 17th floor at 570 Seventh Ave. The 21-story building is owned by 570 Seventh Avenue Company, an affiliate of Silverstein Properties Inc.
The firm, founded in 1995 by partner Tracy Klestadt, will be leaving next month the 17th floor of 292 Madison Ave., where it has been a tenant since 2004. It will have 8,870 square feet at its new quarters, an increase of 3,100.
