Blacksmith Investments, LLC (“Blacksmith”), appeals from the bankruptcy court’s order (the “Order”) granting judgment in favor of Peter J. Woodford (the “Debtor”) on Blacksmith’s complaint objecting to the dischargeability of its claim against the Debtor.*fn1 Blacksmith argues that the bankruptcy court erred as a matter of law: (1) in holding that an “actual fraudulent transfer” does not constitute “actual fraud” for dischargeability purposes under § 523(a)(2)(A);*fn2 and (2) in holding that an agreement for judgment entered in a prior state court action did not have res judicata effect in a subsequent adversary proceeding seeking to hold the debt evidenced by the agreement for judgment non-dischargeable pursuant to § 523(a)(2)(A). For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM.
