Petition for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals affirming the Immigration Judge’s decision denying Petitioner asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture, and ordering Petitioner’s removal. The petition for review is GRANTED, the order of the Board of Immigration Appeals is VACATED, and the case is REMANDED.
