Mickey Mouse is teaming up with the Incredible Hulk and his friends.

The Walt Disney Company announced Monday it will buy comic book giant Marvel Entertainment Inc. for about $4 billion in cash and stock. Under the deal, Disney will obtain the rights to Marvel characters such as the Hulk, Spiderman, Iron Man and X-Men—prized content for its movies, comic books, television shows, licensed merchandise and theme parks.
