Comverse Technology Inc., an international telecommunications firm, has signed a new lease for the entire 32nd floor at 810 Seventh Ave.
The 10-year transaction marks a doubling in size for the tenant, which will occupy 17,320 square feet for its worldwide headquarters and sole New York office by the end of the year. The company had occupied the entire 35th floor since 2006.
