Financial technology company Broadridge has hired former New York Stock Exchange and Securities and Exchange Commission legal executive, Hope Jarkowski, as its new chief legal officer.
Jarkowski spent the last two years serving as general counsel for the NYSE, where She also previously served as head of equities. She replaces Keir Gumbs who departed the role last year after 2 1/2 years with the company.
