New York court leaders say they have voluntarily taken up an ongoing judicial training initiative concerning the state’s overhaul of bail laws in 2020.
According to Chief Administrative Judge Joseph Zayas, the court system has recommitted to “a robust statewide program of judicial education, with a particular focus on bail training for judges handling criminal cases.”
