Two longtime Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson transactional partners have left for competitor law firms, including David L. Shaw, who joined Alston & Bird’s mergers and acquisitions practice, and real estate partner Avi Feinberg, who moved to Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
Both partner moves in New York were announced on Monday. A Fried Frank spokesperson said the firm wishes them well in their future endeavors.
