A town judge in the Binghamton area should be removed for alleged sexual harassment of court staff and colleagues, including allegedly asking a fellow jurist if her face mask’s leopard-print pattern matched her underwear, a state judicial misconduct watchdog stated Thursday.

In addition to a pattern of sexually harassing behavior during a three-month span in early 2022, Dickinson Town Justice Randy Hall stands accused of posting comments with inappropriate sexual innuendos on his public Facebook page, the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct stated.
