A candidate for New York’s trial court in Hudson Valley has a campaign war chest that looms large over those of her three opponents, and that of most others making a run for state Supreme Court on Nov. 7, according to a review of campaign finance reporting posted by the state.

In the Third Judicial District, which includes the Hudson Valley and Capital District, the campaign for Republican and Conservative Party candidate Dana L. Salazar of Nassau in Rensselaer County has $67,560 as of the most recent reporting to the state.
