Plaintiff Allan Damsky, a passenger on an R train on the New York City Subway operated by  Seddrick Williams, alleges that Williams struck him during a 2015 altercation that erupted on the train after it reached its last stop in Brooklyn.

Williams failed to attend several times in court and in 2019 a default judgment was entered against him, with $15,000 awarded to Damsky.
