Prosecution filed an indictment charging defendant Norah Alanazi with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Charged on those counts with class B drug felony, Alanazi was a second felony offender—she was previously charged with several counts of possession of a forged instrument based on allegations that she sold fake tickets to the New York Knicks and to the Broadway production of “To Kill A Mockingbird.”
