Dismissal of Action To Compel Arbitration

In Hirsch v. Kairey, 22 CV 6716 (EDNY, Aug. 1, 2023), Judge Komitee dismissed pro se plaintiff’s complaint because the court lacked jurisdiction to compel arbitration, adjudicate the underlying issues, or grant the requested injunction.
