Defendant Elvis Chimborazo was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
The Bronx District Attorney’s office moved for a protective order against defendant to withhold Internal Affair Bureau logs from the defendant. The motion was denied.
