What are some of the department’s most satisfying successes of the past year and why? We have longstanding professional relationships with many of our clients and invariably get to know their teams, businesses and legal objectives over time. We strive to build and nurture these enduring relationships because a deeper understanding allows us to better serve clients as a strategic partner. While all litigation victories are satisfying, achieving a victory on behalf of a long-term client—true of many of the litigation wins we have described above—is particularly sweet.
