Jason Swergold, an ex-assistant U.S. attorney with a near-perfect trial win record, has moved to the private sector and joined up with a small White Plains firm with former prosecutors and law clerks from the Southern District of New York making up a large portion of its roster.
Swergold has joined Yankwitt, a 15-attorney trial boutique that often relies on word of mouth from the bench to steer talent its way, said founder and managing partner Russell Yankwitt.
