A new series of lawsuits have been filed in a western New York trial court resulting from the racially motivated shooting massacre at Tops supermarket in Buffalo that left 10 people dead and three injured.
Everytown Law of Manhattan and Washington, D.C., the Ryder Law Firm of Syracuse and the Law Offices of Bonner and Bonner of California filed negligence lawsuits on Tuesday in state Supreme Court of Erie County.
