A former employee of Chainalysis filed a breach-of-contract action against the New York-based blockchain company, claiming he was wrongfully deprived of the equivalent of some $80 million in stock options.

Blake Ratliff began work at the company, which offers blockchain analysis services, in 2016. He served in various roles until he was suddenly fired with no warning or cause in September 2017, his Manhattan Supreme Court suit alleges.
