A former longtime paralegal at Cozen O’Connor is suing the firm and the head of its litigation team, alleging she was fired after complaining about her boss’ ongoing verbal harassment based on her age, race and sex.

In a Bronx Supreme Court suit filed Wednesday, Nilda Sastre accuses Cozen O’Connor and partner John McDonough—the chair of its strategic risk and complex litigation group—of violating New York City and state laws for unlawful discrimination based on her race, national origin, sex, and age.
