As a former U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Southern District of New York, I strongly disagree with former Justice Rolando Acosta’s combative criticism of the Cost of Discretion policy report, authored by Scrutinize, QSIDE Institute, and New York University School of Law’s Zimroth Center on the Administration of Criminal Law.
