U.S. District Judge Joanna Seybert of the Eastern District of New York on Tuesday affirmed a magistrate judge’s order unsealing the names of the people who co-signed a $500,000 bond for U.S. Rep. George Santos, R-New York, after his arrest on fraud charges in May.

Seybert ordered that the names will be unsealed on Thursday at noon, giving Santos approximately 44 hours to potentially “move to modify the conditions of his release, should the suretors seek to withdraw from serving as suretors,” according to a docket entry.
