The twin brothers who accused white collar defense attorney Todd Blanche of malpractice have a history of filing “bad faith” and “punitive” lawsuits against others—including their former attorneys—a review of court records shows.

Adam and Daniel Kaplan on Monday sued Blanche and his former firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, alleging breach of fiduciary duty and legal malpractice relating to their representation in a then-investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
