After securing an $11.25 million verdict in a jury trial against the luxury gym Equinox this week, Susan Crumiller of Crumiller PC credited her client’s willingness to testify and her team’s ability to bring together a narrative for the jury of three men and five women in Manhattan federal court.
Crumiller said her client, bodybuilder and personal trainer Röbynn Europe, did “a really incredible job explaining the pain that she suffered” before she was terminated from Equinox in September 2019.
