He was momentarily eclipsed by more prominent Republican abominations, most notably Tucker Carlson, the Fox News anchor, whose lack of candor and alleged misogyny were so extreme that even Fox had to let him go shortly after settling the Dominion Voting Systems defamation case for a cool $787 million.
